IT Solution Integration Specialist (w/m/div)

You support the implementation of a consistent, system-based customer journey – from product completion to daily use. You ensure that technical solutions allow our customers to easily, quickly and securely access products and services. New services and functionalities are integrated by you so that You interact smoothly with existing systems and processes. You actively shape the IT-side implementation of solutions for activation, reactivation and customer loyalty, together with CX Design and product management. You make sure that IT solutions are scalable, user-friendly and secure in the cluster and are continuously evolved. You are responsible for selecting suitable systems and applications as well as their smooth implementation. In addition, you will continuously develop existing systems and take over monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization. You coordinate changes to central core and background systems and control the supporting IT teams as well as the orchestration of standard services. In addition, you carry out independent functional, integration and acceptance tests, document them and release new solutions.

You will bring a completed training with IT focus or relevant professional experience as a solution designerin, solution architectin or application support. Ideally, you have at least one to two years of practical experience in the banking environment or finance. An ITIL Foundation is beneficial. You are characterized by sound knowledge of system integration, digitalization of business processes and quality assurance. You have the ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Working with internal and external stakeholders is easy for you. With an eye for optimization potentials, you develop innovative solutions. You are familiar with monitoring and test tools as well as in the support and configuration of IT systems / applications. Analytical skills characterize you as well as your interface competence and communication strength.
