Independent management of our fully automated logistics center in close cooperation with adjacent specialist departments at our headquarters and with the customer Construction and further development of the organizational structure, including the establishment of the staff base and the management team in close cooperation with the personnel department Leadership, including recruiting, personnel development and implementation of disciplinary measures Ensuring smooth and contract-compliant plant operation in all matters Interface between WITRON Management and customers for the operational and strategic development of the site as well as active enforcement of processes and specifications Participation in other relevant fields, such as occupational safety, escalation management, etc.

Completed technical training, e.g. electronics, industrial electricians, mechanics, metal builders (e.g. m/w/d) in conjunction with a further training as master/technician/operator or similar Alternatively, technical studies, e.g. industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc. Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of automated systems, as well as leadership experience in large teams Expressed social competence, binding occurrence and self-sponsored and independent working High level of loyalty and sense of responsibility
