Your tasks

• Professionally versed, turned and responsibly behave and accompany our residents according to the current scientific knowledge of care.
• Proper guidance of care documentation and continuous further development of ALPENLAND care standards.
• You support our residents in their self-determined lifestyle and actively participate in the further development of our ALPENLAND quality management.
• Methodically and professionally at a high level, you guide our nurses and help them in their development.
• As part of the ALPENLAND family with flat hierarchies, you actively participate in the jointly set goals and shape your working environment together.

What you bring

• You have a successfully completed 3-year nursing training (sick or old care)
• You are with your heart, have a positive radiance and follow your profession with passion and empathy. *You can show your team skills and communication strength to both our residents and their relatives as well as to doctors, cooperation partners and colleagues.
• You want to train yourself and stimulate innovations and developments in old age care. You can do all this? Then you are a care professional and belong to our team!
