One trainee retail clerk in each of the Hanseatic cities of Bremen, Kiel or Lübeck for the training year starting in August 2026 (m/f/d)

For the training year from August 2026 (training period 3 years) we are looking for an apprentice to the retail trader (m/w/d)

• for our business in the Hanseatic city of Bremen
• for our annex in Kiel
• as well as for our main house in the Hanseatic city of Lübeck in the old town at the Holstentor

It is a very varied and complex training with diverse challenges in great teams in Bremen, Hamburg, Kiel or Lübeck.

Your tasks:

U. a. learn the following activities & knowledge:

First expertise in jewelry and watches Conduct qualified consulting and sales talks for jewellery, new productions, reworks as well as all high-quality watch brands Support in the day & night decoration of our shop windows as well as product presentation in our shop including all showcases Service acceptance and output of goldsmiths-& repair work (assistant) Explanation and personal experience of our Mahlberg values incorporation into our own commodity management system, our cash register system, various PC programs as well as our Mahlberg-Intranet Knowing the assortment and warehouse care knowledge transfer for goods ordering, acceptance and entry control, Product inventory control to product labelling for sale Acceptance of phone calls including phone training Learn and help with our event organization and later participation in the customer events Eventual takeover of brand responsibility in the 3rd year Introduction to complaint management ... various, other independent projects and administrative tasks
