These are your tasks Implementation of the Lean Management Methods and Standards within the framework of the Lapp Operation System (LOS) in the company Supporting management in the recognition and introduction of measures for process optimization and developing concepts for the implementation of improvement potentials Creating an annual Lean Deployment Plan as well as organizing, moderation and documentation of Kaizen workshops and handing over the implemented topics to the operational sustainability workshops This distinguishes you from successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification professional experience (at least 5 years) and knowledge of the lean management methods as well as project and moderation experience.
