To support our team in the Rheinland branch, we are looking for you at the next possible time as a management (w/m/d) of the Construction and Conservation Division.

Management, control and coordination of the tasks and projects of the Construction and Conservation Division Technical supervision for the construction and maintenance sector centrally for the entire Rheinland branch Takeover of the disciplinary and professional responsibility for the employees of the business unit Continuous testing of the achievement of the business unit in the event of failure of the objectives deriving corrective measures and controlling their implementation Budget and Resource Responsibility for Business Defining the tasks and projects in accordance with the business unit and coordinating and implementing processes for controlling the branch Responsibility and coordination of approvals for the construction of execution documents Participation of former public participation, civic participation and civic dialogue as well as project communication for projects within the business unit in close coordination with the Department of Communication of the branch Reporting on tasks and objectives vis-à-vis the branch management and the headquarters

A completed academic degree programme (Dipl.-Ing. or Master) in the field of civil engineering or comparable disciplines or a comparable suitability and knowledge acquired through professional experience. Leadership experience based on a cooperative, motivating leadership style Knowledge of road construction Long-standing professional experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction engineering and road construction Experience with early public participation and the implementation of dialogue events Very good knowledge of project management and project-oriented action Driving licence Class B and readiness to operate a utility vehicle Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

That would be desirable: Long-standing professional experience in road construction management Safe handling of Microsoft Office 365 Professional experience in building conservation Good commercial knowledge
