Development and optimization of HR analyses and dashboards to support strategic decisions Further development of HR reporting through innovative solutions, standards and more efficient processes Determination and analysis of relevant HR key figures Implementation of ad hoc evaluations, trend analyses and forecasts Support for personnel planning in close cooperation with HR Business partners
Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function as well as an economic study or comparable vocational training Very good knowledge of P&I Loga and LOGA Scout as well as safe handling of MS Office Excellent analytical skills and high IT efficiency High self-initiative with proactive, independent working style Sovereign occurrence paired with strong communication capability
