Further development of Group-wide quality management as an integral part of the corporate strategy Support for the strategic orientation and further development of the Group objectives together with the subsidiaries Coordination and implementation of internal audits Development of different surveys in patients and clients and the creation of group-wide benchmark reports Collection and evaluation of critical events and complaints Management of risks in the Group with the help of the Group-wide risk management software

You have successfully completed an economic or social studies You have an additional qualification as a quality manager and/or quality manager You have already conducted internal audits in companies and initiated improvements You have several years of professional experience in this field and have well-founded expertise in quality management You understand QM as support for corporate strategy and active development of our offers You are well organized, you like to design your team and actively bring your own ideas You bring secure MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) and work quickly into new systems
