Sales Engineer - Plant Engineering / Food Industry (m/f/d)

You take on active new customer acquisition in the field of North and East Germany, from market analysis to the establishment of long-term customer relationships in the food and beverage industry. As a technical expert, you will advise your customers on our machines and equipment and accompany them from the first request to successful project realization. You create tailor-made offers, conduct independent price and contract negotiations, and bring conclusions to success. As a central interface, you work closely with our internal departments such as development, project planning and technology to ensure optimal customer solutions. You represent our company with local customers as well as at national trade fairs, thereby continuously expanding your professional network.

You have completed technical training and ideally bring first knowledge in machine or plant engineering, preferably from the food or beverage industry. You could gain at least 2 years of professional experience in customer acquisition and support, best in a comparable technical industry. With your negotiation skills, your commercial understanding and your strong customer orientation, you feel at home in sales. As an external service talent you are happy to be on the go, bring the necessary travel readiness (incl. occasional nights) and a class B driving licence. You communicate in German (C1) and have good English skills (B2) to share with international contacts.

An attractive salary package from €60,000 to €85,000 a year, depending on your qualification. A company car you can use privately.
