General responsibility for the pedagogical management of the nursery, our primary schools and our afternoon care Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Hessian School Act and relevant education standards Implementation of the newly developed full-day concept Development and implementation of internal curricula and conceptual developments Leadership and further development of employees Ensuring the school admission procedure in coordination with the school management and the board Accompanying and evaluating teaching and quality development and assurance Contact person for parents, children, students in all matters Cooperation with the respective lines of the two primary schools, the children's house and afternoon care as well as with non-school partners Participation in school board meetings and school boards Budget management and coordination of resources acceptance of exams Teaching in your own subjects
