Since May 2020, the SlowDown in Travemünde has been a perfect combination of professional meeting center, exciting event location, attractive hotel and cool scene gastronomy. Our SlowDown gastronomy consists of the BayKery, TapasOlé, the WineBar, the KaminLounge and a cozy outdoor gastronomy. You guide our restaurant and make sure that everything goes around in the daily business You lead, motivate and develop your team – with a clear line and good mood You are contact person*in for guests and care for real SlowDown moments You also keep an overview in stressful situations and actively engage in You plan service plans and organize a smooth running in the service You ensure that our quality and service standards are complied with You work closely with kitchen and other departments You bring your own ideas and develop our restaurant together with us
