You have qualified pedagogical training (e.g. state-approved educator, medical/social pedagogue, or a comparable degree) with professional status You bring joy to the profession and actively seek your continuous professional and personal development You desire diversity open, worthless and respectful and see its uniqueness in every child You think, take responsibility and get active and solution-oriented into the team You identify yourself with the goals and values of the Caritas and live this value-adding in everyday pedagogical life
