The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the commercial areas, including finance, IT and HR. We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality that, together with the CEO, develops and advances the corporate strategy. The direct management responsibility includes over 30 employees in the relevant commercial functions (total number of employees in the company: more than 500).

Experience in financial management: Proven successes in the management of a modern financial area of a medium-sized group of companies Experience in the implementation of transformation processes and programs for cost optimization / efficiency enhancement Business results orientation Development and design of the ERP system Experience in managing company growth through relevant initiatives and transparent business or business Value creation processes IT expertise and experience with cross-resort topics Experience in the further development of human resources and the optimization of HR processes Agile Hands-on-Mentality For this demanding task, we are looking for an integree, dynamic and in-house management personality that sustains the successful development of the company. They are characterized by an entrepreneurial and proactive way of thinking and have multi-year, relevant professional experience in comparable positions. A modern management understanding regarding the management and development of employees and a high level of professionalism and agility in the further development of the organization are required. You can demonstrate extensive leadership experiences – preferably in the manufacturing sector – as well as a fundamental understanding of efficient teamwork in medium-sized industrial companies.
