Team Leader Technical Service (m/f/d)

You lead our ca. 10-person service engineer team professional and disciplined and continuously develops the team members and the service portfolio After a thorough incorporation, you will perform the function of “Responsible Electric Power” (VEFK) for the service area You will help shape the processes of electrical safety as well as the creation of risk assessments and instructions and ensure compliance with work safety guidelines You make sure that the team works efficiently and are for service quality incl. Documentation responsible for the ticket system Through your tight wire to the technicians, you will be in agreement with the manager to ensure that the service works are planned effectively and efficiently. You opt for internal operations and ensure smooth implementation of new tools and work practices You define, standardize and manage resources and tools of your team If necessary, you can support your team on site in maintenance, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

You are Dipl.-Ing. Elektrotechnik or Bachelor/Master Elektrotechnik or Master/Techniker You bring multi-year professional experience in the field of maintenance for electrical equipment in the field of energy technology You can demonstrate knowledge of current standards and regulations for the operation of electrical systems Ideally, you already have experiences in disciplinary leadership Also desirable are experiences with monitoring and maintenance management systems (CMMS) You will be drawing with very good knowledge of German in word and writing, English skills are beneficial You are ready to take responsibility and decisions Your action is characterised by healthy pragmatism and a high focus on work safety You own entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as team and motivation
