Head of Provider Management - Telematics Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You carry out a professional and disciplined department with 18 operating experts: women who work predominantly matrix-organized directly in the product teams of gematik for services and applications (e.g. e-recept, electronic patient records, infrastructure services). You create a team-internal common understanding of the relationships of all TI services as well as their influence on health care and by efficiently controlling all TI service providers for a stable TI operation. You are in constant exchange with the product development to allow insights and needs from TI operations to flow into product improvements. You know the product roadmap as well as the release cycles and adjust the way and setup of your team to these future needs. You develop your department strategically and combine proven approaches from agile and process working methods and thinking.

Degree: You have successfully completed your studies, ideally with a technical or scientific orientation. Experience: You have several years of professional experience in the disciplinary leadership of independent teams. Tool & Methods: You have proven that you have managed and further developed the service management of completely disassembled IT companies, and have been responsible for the corresponding contracts commercially and professionally. Working methods: Your very good analytical and methodological skills characterize you. You trade in solution-oriented and greedy with strategic vision. Personality: You are reflected, you are constantly developing and running your team with clarity, tranquility and commitment – even in challenging situations you keep an overview. In doing so, you can work your team focused to develop full potential. Language: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
