We are looking for a motivated nursing specialist (m/w/d) with a lot of heart and expertise to strengthen our headquarters in Jena! As a support service Thüringen KB GmbH, we have been locally rooted for more than 5 years. Whether Jena, Apolda, Gera, Greiz or Rudolstadt, whether Saale-Holzland- or Saale-Orla-Kreis, whether Weimarer or Altenburger Land: Our strong team of over 60 guarded guardians is in service every day in the entire region of Ostthüringen. Since October 2025 we also have a day care facility in Dornburg. We offer comprehensive and time-intensive care and care with a clear focus on quality and humanity. Our personal care and care services allow our over 400 customers to stay as long as possible and dignified in their familiar four walls. We are more than just support in everyday life: we create structure and security, relief for relatives and a lot of time for beautiful moments. Our goal: Together instead of lonely! The main task of a nursing specialist at the care service in Thuringia lies in individual advice, support and training – always with the aim of enabling people in need of help to have a self-determined life. These include in particular: Individual advice: support for people in need of help and their relatives in all matters of care and care. Training activities: training and support of staff according to our proven training concept. Quality management: Planning and organisation of care and care processes taking into account central quality standards. Network work: building and maintaining cooperation to make our service known. Case meetings: assessment of individual care situations and development of appropriate care plans. Supporting our support team: specialist guidance and support for our support staff in everyday work.

We expect from you: A three-year vocational training in nursing. Joy in the training and further development of support staff. Communication strength, empathy and organizational talent.
