Project Manager Fare Development in Public Transport (m/f/d)

You control tariff and sales projects for public passenger transport and advance the further development of public transport tickets in Schleswig-Holstein. You take communication with political stakeholders, collect feedback from politics and disciplines, and integrate them into ongoing projects based on your expert assessment. You structure the relationships of your projects, recognize dependencies and risks at an early stage and develop suggestions for solutions in coordination with your team. You develop tariff/distribution measures and evaluate them with a view to customer value and cost-effectiveness. You look for a successful implementation of the measures and coordinate external service providers (e.g. reviewers, communications agencies) and keeps an eye on professional quality, timetables and dependencies.

You have a degree or training related to ÖPNV, Economy, Politics or Administration. You work structured, independent and bring experience in project management. You are communicative, you are confident and can also act convincingly in the political environment with different stakeholders. You think analytically, go with numbers and data and have good knowledge in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, simple calculations, evaluations). You have knowledge of PNV tariff systems, revenue distribution and tariff frameworks or are ready to work on this complex topic - your team will support you! You are team-oriented and are interested in public transport as well as in the further development of tariff offers.
