Self-employed case-handling including writing and process management before the Labour Court and the Administrative Court Comprehensive legal advice from the Department of Personnel and the Executives of the LMU Klinikum on all labour law issues Editing questions from individual employment and collective agreement law, the right to represent employees and the right to equality and seriously handicapped persons Legal advice and support in the creation, revision and negotiation of service agreements Confidential cooperation with the staff representatives Compilation of legal opinions, decision templates and management instructions Revision of contract templates Implementation of self-concepted labour law training Legal support in the management of disputed personnel talks Conducting relevant new legal developments and submitting proposals for their implementation in the LMU Klinikum

You have successfully completed two legal state examina and have already gained first professional experience in labour law and in the management of labour law processes; Experience in the public service or in the hospital sector is beneficial. You have very good knowledge of labour law, the right of representation of personnel and the right of equality and serious disability; a completed specialist law course is of advantage. Their personality is characterized by safe occurrence, negotiation skills and written and oral communication strength. You are pleased to solve complex legal problems in a constantly evolving legal area. You convince by an independent and targeted way of working.
