As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. The “International, Mission & Training” (IM&T) department is close to the Bundeswehr and supports exercises and operations at the tactical and operative level. In addition to consulting, development and support for individual IT solution approaches of specific military projects, we offer the Bundeswehr expertise in the field of IT that is near-use.

Planning and implementation of IT support of the Bundeswehr on site in exercises, equivalent obligations and operations in Germany and abroad Guidance and training of Bundeswehr IT specialists in support services at the IT training center of the Bundeswehr in Lohheide and also on site at the service, training and deployment sites of the Bundeswehr Installation, installation and configuration of transmission systems according to specifications Basic knowledge and basics in the field of communication technology Cooperation and regular exchange with architectural and product managers to take account of practical aspects Creation and maintenance of documentation

Completed training or studies in the IT environment About 2 years of relevant professional experience in radio planning in the environment of encrypted radio technology and safety-critical systems Good knowledge of radio and telecommunications technology, in particular tactical communications systems of the Bundeswehr as well as IP-based networks and IT infrastructures Experience with tactical communication systems of the Bundeswehr and understanding of military tasks and regulations Intermediate service times in a military career in telecommunications (Funk or EloKa) in Bundeswehr or NATO Very good communication and knowledge communication skills as well as the pleasure of direct customer contact with safe and sovereign appearance German- and good English-knowledge, nationwide readiness for mostly one week service trips and driving licence Class B
