They sometimes carry out pre-examinations of equipment in the context of occupational health precautions, operationally agreed aptitude tests (e.g. blood withdrawals, ECG registration, lung function examination, visual and hearing tests). You are also responsible for the coordination and planning of the dates (by telephone and by mail). Following tasks await you:

• They carry out pre-examinations of equipment in the context of occupational health precautions, operationally agreed aptitude tests (e.g. blood withdrawals, ECG registration, lung function examination, visual and hearing tests)
• You are responsible for the coordination and planning of the dates (by phone and email)
• They assist in the medical care of patients after work accidents and patients with acute health disorders
• You take over general administrative tasks and employee reception

We wish:

• A completed vocational training for doctoral assistant, nurse, medical staff, or a comparable qualification
• A completed first aid training
• Professional experience in the medical / health field
• A high level of commitment, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Embossed team and communication skills, as well as a conscientious, independent and hygienic way
• German and advanced knowledge of English
• Tools: MS-Office
