Active case consulting and testing as the first specialist contact person in the team or with the team management Disclosure and processing of complex performances, objection and complaint processing, complaint management and audit in settlement manipulations Implementation of legal changes, development of principles for compliance with formal framework conditions and process requirements, and the creation of necessary information for the task clarification of malfunctions in the workflows Information sharing through information exchange and training to ensure the performance and processing quality Process management for identifying optimization potentials and performing samples for quality assurance Identification of technical support potentials and internal cooperation in implementation Interface management within the hkk and external third parties Situative perception of special tasks and projects

(m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) in the healthcare sector with a training course for the health insurance specialist (m/w/d), health economist or with the willingness to complete a training course or a completed study with a focus on health sciences or a comparable qualification with relevant experience in nursing insurance Specialized knowledge of care insurance according to SGB XI Very good communicative skills as well as an independent and result-oriented way of working and /-sharing Served handling of MS-Office and ideally with iskv_21c Self-responsible priority recognition and initiative A high level of motivation and commitment as well as team spirit Very good understanding to be able to evaluate complex relationships
