Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

This function has internally named Head of Operations & Projects (m/w/d).

Area of responsibility: Self-employed management of a production area after successful incorporation Further development of the area through process optimization in quality, cost, efficiency and plant availability Investment and maintenance planning together with the responsible masters Implementation of investment projects as project manager with other departments Professional and disciplined leadership of the production masters and electromasters Perception of functions in the administration Working in company-wide projects (such as process optimization, energy saving, sustainability and maintenance) Exchange with Sparring Partners in Internal and External Networks Responsibility for occupational safety and health

The ideal candidate (m/w/d): Has successfully completed studies in the field of process engineering or food technology (including chemistry, mechanical engineering or equivalent training with process engineering orientation) Features professional and management experience in the industrial environment, preferably in the chemical or food industry Has knowledge and experience in implementing technical projects, maintenance management and continuous improvement processes (LEAN, TPM) Owns analytical skills and can solve tasks innovatively and targeted Is committed and has an independent, structured and reliable operation Is a strong communication personality with a high sense of responsibility Is a team player and can motivate yourself and others Includes very good user knowledge in MS Office and SAP, confluence skills are desirable Brings very good English knowledge in word and writing Takes occasional readiness and would be ready to shift and weekend work during the campaign Would switch to the near vicinity of the production site
