You take over the management and implementation of structured improvement projects – at the Hamburg site You regularly moderate the KVP location rounds You create meaningful CVP reports and report on progress and results You develop and monitor relevant process indicators for success measurement You identify potentials for process optimization and initiate derived projects You moderate the regular CS meetings at the site and promote active exchange The organisation and management of training and training on the subject of the CSDP are part of your task You accompany and coordinate internal and external audits and keep the derived measures comprehensible You take responsibility for the leadership and development of the KVP team You conduct solution-oriented escalation talks As an opponent, you support the operational areas in the continuous improvement methodically
