HR consulting: You are the first contact person at the location for executives and employees in all HR questions – in close cooperation with the regional HR manager (m/w/d) and our central HR department in Hamburg. Recruiting & Onboarding: They control the entire application process at the site – from the personnel requirement to the successful onboarding – and ensure that we win the appropriate talents in the commercial and commercial sectors. Personal marketing: They identify the best position-specific recruiting channels, develop targeted strategies and further expand our personal marketing measures. HR projects: They are actively involved in local and central HR projects, such as the creation of an event calendar or the annual talent management process. Staff administration: They ensure efficient and frictionless HR administration. Cross-site activity: They maintain our location in Berlin, including regular presence on site to support operational processes.

Qualification: Successful completion of commercial training or a study of business management with a reference to HR. Experience: experience in the field of human resources, ideally with a focus on recruiting professional staff and personnel, as well as skills in labour and collective bargaining. Oversight: Experiences in local staff support are of advantage, as well as a low readiness to travel. Technical know-how: Experience with time management systems (e.g. SAP, ZEUS).
