Requirements for IT and digitization projects in the SCM/Logistics sector. Capture and analyze business processes in SCM/Logistics. Design the SCM/Logistics Process and IT architecture at ZEISS. Advising the SCM/Logistics areas in terms of performance and feasibility of IT solutions taking into account economic aspects. Participate in the introduction of SAP S4 Hana with focus on co-existence operation. Project management of SAP projects and ensuring the transition to operational operation, including testing, key user training and HyperCare.

Complete studies, preferably in the fields of business informatics, economic engineering, computer science, a study with high IT-related professional experience in SAP Consulting or through SAP implementation projects. Deep understanding of SAP, especially in the MM, SD, EWM or S4 Hana experience with other ERP systems or other digital platforms. Experience in process analysis and design as well as project management experience (also agile), expertise in SCM/logistics English fluent in word and writing Embossed communication and team skills Customer and service orientation as well as conflict resolution competence
