As a cross-site specialist department manager of 23 employees, you have the professional and disciplinary leadership and responsibility for the field of stand-by services and for the approximately 500 employees of stand-by practices in Saxony. You organize and coordinate workflows in the field You are responsible for the strategic development, design and coordination of tasks and activities and their optimization You work closely and trustfully with all employees who are entrusted with the tasks of the standby service (also across the field) You are available to the Board of Management, the Executive Board and the departmental directors for questions on standby services You work with, among other things, bus services and hospitals
