If you also have contact points with support or customer success (or are curious about it), we look forward to getting to know you! • After the installation of our software, you will be able to support the practices as a reliable contact person: you support the setup, train the practice team and make sure that the start is complete. In doing so, you have a good sense of when additional support is appropriate, and you recognize potentials for upgrades or additional modules. • You keep in mind how our software is used in everyday practice and give proactive tips on how to make processes even more efficient. Your feedback from the practice is valuable: you are actively working with our product team and helping to continuously develop our software. • As the first point of contact for questions, you are close to our customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction with regular check-ins. • In order to start with us, you do not necessarily have to live in Thuringia, because we are looking for active support throughout Germany. Our team usually works from home from the home office or one of our offices or on site with customers and customers, which requires a certain readiness to travel on your site. • The position is to be filled in full time.

What you should bring • You ideally come from the dental sector, for example as ZFA, practical manager:in or dental specialist:in or have already gained experience in the customer success with the software in need of explanation. • It’s easy for you to point out complex topics in a comprehensible way. With your empathic way, you gain confidence and remain a sovereign and reliable contact person even in challenging situations. • Digital tools are not a new country for you. You have the pleasure of working deep into software solutions and the processes of dental practices and continuously expanding your knowledge. • Your interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) or ideally even first experiences with agentic AI such as Codex, Claude Cowork, Gemini Spark or OpenClaw can be applied in practice. • You work autonomously, you always think solution-oriented and proactively trade with the aim of finding the best possible solution for our customers. • In order to be able to get a grip on us, it is imperative that you master German at least on C1 level.
