Together with the Bundesverband Wholesale, External Trade, Services (BGA) and other partners, we implement the project “Import Promotion Desk (IPD)”. The project opens up access to the European market for small and medium-sized enterprises from partner countries and supports them in building trade relations. The aim is to integrate the partner countries into global trade and thus contribute to sustainable economic development in these countries. The IPD is funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The IPD is part of the network “Partners in Transformation – Business & Development Network” in which the BMZ programmes are organised for economic operators. You support the entire project in all accounting and contractual processes: Examination and pre-configuration of invoices in the IPD project funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), including travel cost accounting of the IPD team, pre-configuration of fees for external service providers, processing of billing with cooperation partners) taking into account statutory and legal requirements Examination and processing of contracts with external consultants, service providers and partner organisations Support in the processing of public tenders Advising the IPD team in matters of financial and contractual project planning and implementation participation in the design or Further development of instruments for the prevention of or Detection of misuses

Completed commercial vocational training Experience with the processing of travel cost accounting (BRKG, ARV) Knowledge of German procurement law (UVgO, VgV) Found Excel, Word and Outlook identifiers Ready for short journeys (1-2 p.a.) Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages of advantage

Remarkable: Professional experience in billing projects financed by public funds of the federal government (third-party funding management) Knowledge of German (and European) right to grant (BHO, ANBest/P) Knowledge of general contract law and contract design Knowledge of financial accounting
