Commercial Employee Severance (m/f/d)

You support order processing, monitor day-to-day business and provide order, article and inventory data in the warehouse management system. You communicate with customers, forwardings and internal areas, process enquiries, complaints, and clarifications on misuses and surpluses. You create delivery and accompanying documents (e.g. delivery tickets, commissioning tickets) and support in goods entry and exit processes. You control or accompany relocations, internal storage movements and contribute to the smooth process chain in picking, retours and goods exit. You monitor key figures and jobs, compile statistics and reports and document processes. You support as a contact person:in the case of system- and process-relevant topics, and you are involved in process and storage optimizations. Depending on the location, you take the handling of drivers, the avisation and the organization of external transports.

You have a completed (commercial) training ideally with logistics cover or comparable experience in warehouse or warehouse Logistics environment. You have good understanding of operational logistic processes and work structured, reliable and solution-oriented. You are safe in handling MS Office; Knowledge in warehouse management systems is advantageous. You bring numerical affinity, analytical thinking and a pronounced process understanding. You communicate safely in German; further language skills are desirable or necessary, depending on the field of application. Team skills, customer orientation, commitment and resilience are yours. You are ready to work in the layer model or in rotating use.
