You implement and operate state-of-the-art network infrastructures with technologies based on Cisco SD-WAN in the long-distance network and the country's cloud connections. You are committed to validating new technologies for expanding our HessenNetwork and Cloud infrastructure as well as in 2nd/3rd level support, taking into account our high IT security levels. You connect 85,000 national employees and citizens and businesses with central applications on our cloud platforms and support the country's government's digitization goals through their commitment to an exciting and demanding enterprise environment.

You have a completed relevant higher education of computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree course or you have comparable knowledge. You have very good knowledge of IT systems, applications and software with practical experience in the operation of routers and switches as much as possible in the larger network environment. You have good knowledge and experience of operating processes (ITIL/ITSM). You bring broad knowledge and experience in the field of commissioning and administration of network components in the long-distance network (SD-WAN & Cloud). Current certifications by Cisco are desirable. You are analytical, planned and targeted to complex tasks and bring them to a successful conclusion. Cooperation, flexibility and readiness to deploy complete your profile. Good knowledge of German in word and writing at least on the language level B2 as well as a valid driving licence of class B required for this position are desirable.
