We are looking for a customer advisor Inbound (m/w/d) for our location in Gelsenkirchen, who advises our customers reliably and improves the processes with new ideas. Your expertise in customer consulting helps to further expand our customer network and continue our success course. In this role, you are responsible for customer support and expert advice on our products.

Customer advice You advise our customers by phone to products, delivery conditions and the online ordering process

You answer incoming email requests from customers and business partners

You talk to the other departments about orders (including production and shipping)

Administration You take over the processing of cancellation requests and bill changes

You are also responsible for the handling of complaints and dunning

Must-Have A successfully completed commercial training or professional experience in the telephone customer consultation

Good IT skills, independent and result-oriented working methods and team skills should complete your profile

Desirable (of advantage, but no duty) knowledge of the printing industry or similar fields
