In Wittmund we are looking for a dedicated production employee (m/w/d), who actively drives solutions in a dynamic environment. This position is right for you if you like to work practically and take responsibility.

• You will ensure a smooth process in production and keep an overview at any time.
• You are responsible for the operation and monitoring of the machines and for quality assurance.
• Together with your team, you will ensure the timely production of the products.

We are looking for

Do you bring what you need to do as a production professional? We are looking for a person who not only brings the right attitude, but also the skills that really make the difference. Even if you have little experience yet: Your motivation is crucial!

• Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in a production plant, but also cross-comers are welcome with us.
• Technical understanding and the ability to operate machines are a plus.
• You are characterized by a structured and reliable way of working.
• Teamwork is up to you, while you can solve tasks independently.
• You are flexible and ready to work in shift operation.
• German knowledge at least on B1 level support communication.
