You will contact our customers with complaints and problems with hotel booking by e-mail and call customers if necessary You take the technical examination and assessment of complaints You continue to follow existing complaints and ensure a quick solution finding You take communication with our national and international partners to solve complaints You have the opportunity to help our customers on individual weekends and in the marginal working hours (up to 22 o'clock).

Ideally you bring a completed training in commercial or tourist areas with You also keep a cool head in stressful situations You can put yourself well into the situation of others and communicate in complicated situations Professional experience in telephone and written customer contact (complaint management) Your entry You are a real team player (m/w/d), have fun in common success and bring your own ideas Written and orally, you are convinced with knowledge of German and with reliable English skills Versified handling of popular PC and Internet applications
