You carry out the CAD & PLM/PDM team professionally and in terms of content and actively perform tasks in the day-to-day operations as listed in the fields below User support and support for the primary CAD system CREO in the entire tyre houses group Comprehensive support and further development of the PLM/PDM system Windchill including WTParts Preparing, implementing and monitoring system updates and ensuring system integrity Error analysis and remedy for problems with CAD and PLM/PDM systems, including coordination of external support Implementation of new functions and tools in CREO and Windchill to increase efficiency and productivity within the group Collaboration with various disciplines to develop and establish optimized processes and workflows

A completed training in the field of construction, IT or a comparable technical discipline Finded expertise in the handling or care of CAD systems, in particular CREO, as well as the PLM/PDM system Windchill as well as a good understanding of digital processes and technical relationships First leadership experience is desirable Experience in process optimization and project management Ability to independently analyze errors and solve problems English language and writing for international support Strong communicative skills and team orientation
