Support in building the new “Coordination Asset Management” area Working with the creation, maintenance and evaluation of project and portfolio reports Support in the standardization and development of project management processes and templates Preparation and follow-up of project and control sessions (Agenda, Protocols, Action Tracking) Care and further development of knowledge management (e.g. confluence, internal documentation) Analysis, visualization and presentation of project data Creation of decision templates and presentations for management

Continuous studies in the field of economics, computer science, engineering or a comparable discipline First experiences in project management and/or in dealing with confluence are advantageous High affinity for digital tools and platforms Creative thinking and joy of detailed work Very good communication skills and team skills Structured and independent operation
