(Senior) Manager Business Controlling – Service & Processes (m/f/d)

Designing the insurance company with a focus on process and service controlling Control and monitoring of operational processes to ensure customer-friendly, scalable and efficient end-to-end service processes to ensure high serviceability Strategic development of the insurance company in close cooperation with product management, sales, personnel and digitalization & technology Individually responsible improvement of data-based planning and decision-making processes by using modern controlling instruments Takeover of (partial) project management and responsibility for building and optimising a modern work management Ensuring project quality and control according to defined milestones, budgets and targets Full participation in controlling, governance and development structures throughout the company

Complete studies in the field of economics, business informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in process management, controlling, consulting or insurance High understanding of insurance business models and processes Analytical and Conceptual Skills – Ability to evaluate key figures and derive strategic measures Experience with Controlling Tools & Reporting – safe handling of business intelligence systems and key figures control Embossed skills in the design, moderation and control of interdisciplinary projects Enthusiasm for technology use in the field and a sense of feasible innovation Communication strength, change competence and implementation strength High level of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team capacity
