You advise employees as well as managers, drive the optimization and digitization of processes and build sustainable recruiting and performance management. Responsibility for all the company's personnel topics in compliance with legal requirements Extension and management of a team of 5 employees in the HR sector Advice, coaching and further development of executives Staff planning and budgeting together with the management Leading HR projects, e.g. in the field of performance management, personnel development, digitalization HR-side networking with foreign branches

Successfully completed commercial training with further training as a specialist/man or studies with a focus on personnel / HR / labour law Experience in a medium-sized environment of industry, logistics, or trade Experience in HR-side support and support of change processes / change management, related to personnel development leadership experience, ideally in medium-sized structures Sovereign, strong but warm appearance and an open, dynamic way
