You create and grade cuts for ballistic vests and carrying equipment and ensure fit, ergonomics and wearing comfort You develop, maintain and archive cuts digitally with CAD cutting systems You set model numbers, article-related master data and piece lists (BOM) in PLM / ERP and maintain these in coordination with work preparation, textile technology and purchasing You have an impact on the creation of work plans by means of technical specifications and constructive references. You build technical model documents (measure tables, tolerances, processing details) and maintain them, including optional technical drawings for Tech Packs and external confectionaries You accompany the pattern process, assess fit and processing, document results and implement necessary changes You develop basic sections and shapes for different product lines and support concepts and keep them up to date
(m/w/d), model makers (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification; as an alternative, you are Schneidermeister (m/w/d) with well-founded experience in industrial cutting You have professional experience in cutting and graduation, ideally in the clothing or textile industry; Experience in Workwear, PSA or military equipment is beneficial You have very good knowledge of cutting, graduation, fit and industrial production processes. You have a safe handling of CAD cutting systems (assyst or comparable); Experience with 3D software is desirable You communicate safely at intersections, in particular when matching fit and change requirements You have very good knowledge of German and English as well as travel to production sites and suppliers
