The station A.411 at the UKSH Campus Lübeck is a specialized nursing unit with 38 beds, which supports patients of neurosurgery and the clinic for accident and orthopaedics. Here, high-quality medicine meets a dedicated team that lives modern care and further develops. We are looking for motivated, future-oriented nursing professionals who provide patients with expertise, team spirit and human warmth in a state-of-the-art environment around neuro trauma, spinal and brain diseases, as well as wounded patients. This is what awaits you:

• Professional care and accompaniment of neurosurgery and vascular surgery patients

• Pre- and postoperative care, including wound management, vital sign monitoring, infusion therapy and pain management

• Detection and assessment of clinical changes in complex and dynamic situations

• Interdisciplinary cooperation with surgeons, anaesthesia, physiotherapy and other disciplines

• Active participation in quality projects, process optimizations and further developments of the station
