Enterprise Security Manager (m/f/d)

Central responsibility for the further development and implementation of corporate security in close cooperation with the management Creation, development and monitoring of the company-wide safety strategy and the safety concept Development, implementation and monitoring of standards and requirements in the field of physical security Building and continuous development of emergency and crisis management Systematic identification, analysis and assessment of safety risks and derivation and follow-up of appropriate measures Implementation of vulnerability analyses, safety assessments and safety controls to continuously improve safety levels Responsibility for transport and logistics security including the design of safety measures for special transport Planning and implementation of training, instruction and awareness-raising measures Investigation and clarification of safety incidents, damages and differences and derivation of appropriate prevention measures Contact persons for authorities, investigators, insurance companies and external security service providers

Successfully completed studies or comparable training in the field of security management, security management, police, Bundeswehr or a related field Multiannual professional experience in corporate safety, risk or safety management Knowledge of physical security, risk, emergency and crisis management Embossed analytical skills and a structured and pragmatic way of working High level of responsibility, discretion and enforcement Safe appearance and pronounced communication and consulting skills Ability to cross-departmental cooperation and manage security issues Good knowledge of MS Office applications driving licence class B
