In the Vitos accompanying psychiatric services of Riedstadt, we accompany adult people with mental disabilities and addiction diseases in an outpatient manner as well as in special housing forms. Our work is based on the individual goals of the clients and supports the most self-determined participation in social life. Our work is based on the objectives defined in the normality principle individually in the personalised Integrietem Participation Plan (PIT) and the inclusion of impaired people. At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a team manager (m/w/d) Residential Residential Groß-Gerau indefinitely part-time or full-time for the group Groß-Gerau with service in Riedstadt.

You take over the professional and organizational leadership of a team of five employees. You are responsible for the organization and control of the participation services for around 30 clients. In coordination with the regional/location manager, you develop the area conceptually. You control the processes in your area of responsibility and take responsibility for budgets. You ensure compliance and further development of the agreed quality standards. You support the professional and personal development of your employees through employee talks, crisis management and further and further training. You work closely with internal and external cooperation partners and promote a coordinated support of clients. You participate in the comprehensive background service of the accompanying psychiatric services (no readiness).

You have a completed study of social work or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in the care of people with mental disabilities and/or addiction diseases. Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience or want to take the next step towards leadership responsibility. You know the relevant legal foundations of SGB IX and SGB XII and have knowledge of the person-centred help and their instruments, in particular the PIT. You are convinced by high social competence, decision-making and resilience. You have good skills in conversation management and time and self-management. You work independently, flexibly and solution-oriented. You have a class B driver's license and are safe to use the current MS Office applications.

We expect you to receive a transparent remuneration according to TVöD-SuE and you benefit from a financially strong overall package: You will receive a fee according to TVöD‐SuE (S16 SuE) with a gross annual salary between €55.083,28 and €63.078,55 – depending on your qualification and experience. Included in the total annual salary are the TVöD supplement, an annual special payment as well as an occupational pension, into which we deposit 5.7 % of your gross salary per month. The wage range indicated refers to full-time employment. For parttime employment, the salary is calculated proportionately.
