Responsibility for the appearance of the sales area in a selected branch and control of all organizational processes Guided tours of about 10 branches with around 80 employees, including motivation, promotion and development of the teams as well as independent staff setting Focus on optimal sales and ensuring highest customer satisfaction Monitoring of inventory results, implementation of improvement measures and planning of annual inventory Ensure smooth operations in existing stores, new openings, rebuilds and closures as well as implementation of the sales concept

Experience as a market or branch line in retail, preferably in the food or non-food discount Entrepreneurial and cost-conscious decision-making Sovereign, safe and communication-strong appearance High flexibility and loyalty Class B driving licence
