Meckesheim-Mönchzell | From now on | Parttime (from 50%) Children aged 0–10 years The Friedrichstift is a modern, diaconic child and youth support facility with around 100 dedicated employees at several locations in Leimen, Heidelberg and the surrounding area. We work systemically-therapeutic, resource-oriented and with a lot of heart. In order to strengthen our stationary housing group in Meckesheim-Mönchzell we are looking for a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) that offers children aged 0 to 10 years a safe place – with competence, empathy and attitude.

You shape everyday life lovingly, structured and development-promoting You support children in their psychosocial stabilisation and processing of experiences You accompany and care for our youngest in everyday life – incl. Personal care and health care You work reliably with parents, schools, therapists and authorities You document professionally and work targeted after help plans

You have a state-approved training/study in a pedagogical, social or educational profession You are team-ready, empathic and resilient – even in crisis situations You work structured and solution-oriented You have joy in relationship work with small children You are ready for shiftwork (incl. weekends and willingness to call)
