Training & Coaching: You are responsible for the design, planning and implementation of practical sales trainings for our external and internal service employees. Further development: You develop training programs to optimize sales strategies and customer discussions. Application: You accompany our sales staff in customer talks and sales situations and take the coaching into account. Analysis & Optimization: You analyze sales results and identify improvements Innovation: The further development and implementation of innovative training and learning concepts is your task. Collaboration: You encourage close cooperation with the regional sales lines to identify training needs. Evaluation: You document and evaluate the implemented training measures.

Best conditions: You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economic psychology, or a similar field of expertise, have a coaching training, or have similar qualifications. Professional experience & training expertise: You have already gained experience in sales and experience in performing sales trainings or as a coach in the sales environment. Soft Skills: Your communication strength, enthusiasm and proactivity characterize you. Flexibility: You have readiness to travel within Germany and Austria.
