Service Technician | District heating | Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm (m/f/d)

In this position, you ensure that our customers are reliably and efficiently supplied with heat and that our district heating systems work smoothly. Look forward to a variety of activities where there is no day like the other: from maintenance and maintenance to troubleshooting to optimising our systems. Maintenance and maintenance: You carry out inspections, maintenance and repairs on district heating lines, domestic connections and transfer stations and assist in working in our production facilities. Trouble analysis and repair: You detect and troubleshooting district heating systems and thus ensure smooth operation. Quality assurance: You carry out measurements and tests, document your work seamlessly and ensure highest standards. System support: You are responsible for the maintenance and error analysis of remote reading systems as well as the associated data communication. Customer advice and efficiency optimization: You advise our customers on technical questions, conduct efficiency analyses and implement measures to save energy. Material and spare parts management: You are also responsible for the storage, inventory management and procurement of spare parts and materials. Teamwork and process improvement: You work closely with internal and external service providers and introduce your ideas to optimize our processes.

These are your skills... Technical training: You have completed training as plant mechanic SHK, mechatronics, electronics, or a comparable technical qualification. Professional experience and expertise: Ideally, you already have practical experience in the areas of district heating, heating, climate or energy technology. Knowledge in the field of measurement and control technology (MSR) is desirable. Their ability to work quickly and independently into new fields is more important to us than a perfect CV. Missing knowledge can be acquired by motivation and willingness to learn. Commitment and flexibility: If necessary, you will be able to take action as part of your call and in emergency cases – otherwise you will enjoy regulated working hours from Monday to Friday in the day service. Digital competence: You are safe and flexible in handling digital technology and tools, e.g. working with a tablet or MS Office (Excel, Word). Language and other knowledge: You have German knowledge at the native language level in word and writing. Likewise, the possession of a valid license of Class B is a prerequisite. ...and these are used here!
