Support for the purchase in the areas of meat, natural intestines, spices and packaging material in close coordination with the purchasing management and production sites Managing the daily business and implementing the existing shopping tasks Order management and first contact for suppliers and internal interfaces Supplier and Article Management for the mentioned product groups Analysis of market data for identifying trends and optimization potentials Creation of tenders and preparation of decision-making results Support in price negotiations and annual discussions with suppliers Planning, implementation and presentation of projects in purchasing Preparation and support for external audits

Complete training in the commercial sector or in the food industry (e.g. as a master or food technician) Professional experience in the purchase of meat, natural intestines, spices or packaging material A sense of responsibility and a team-oriented working Conscientiousness and detailed orientation in daily work Own initiative and high commitment
