To strengthen our headquarters/our branch in Besigheim, we are looking for a: Specialist Real Estate (w/m/d) with focus on sustainability Development, coordination and monitoring of reconstruction projects and rehabilitation at the sites Support for existing buildings: facility management and creation of management concepts and consideration of usage and maintenance concepts in building planning Data management in building operations: Structured management of legal and technical documents Structure of document databases for essential real estate Standardization of maintenance plans, their control and technical and economic optimization Creation of quality standards for maintenance Implementation of project analyses including decision, change and risk management Development and implementation of sustainable real estate strategy

Further qualification for the construction technician or studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or comparable discipline Including experience in the construction project management, ideally in the environment of commercial real estate Good knowledge of the relevant rules (e.g. VOB, HOAI, AHO) Additional qualification in facility management desirable knowledge of heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical, sprinkler systems and fire protection technology desirable Self-responsible operation combined with a high degree of enforcement Impressed communication strength and strong negotiating competence
