As part of an exclusive search mandate, we were commissioned with the search and direct placement of an electronic developer (m/w/d) technician/bachelor. Our client is an established, medium-sized company of control and measurement technology in the Merklingen area. The company develops and produces high-quality solutions in the field of level and temperature sensor technology and is characterized by a high technical depth, short decision-making paths and a very collegial working environment. The focus of the position is on the development and maintenance of firmware for microcontrollers, software development in the embedded environment and cooperation in electronic assemblies – from product idea to series. With this job advertisement, we would like to address professional beginners as well as experienced developers (m/w/d).

You develop embedded software and firmware for sensor solutions and implement them directly on their own hardware You create schematics and circuit board layouts and accompany the assemblies until commissioning You program, test and debugging your developments directly on the system You bring prototypes to standard maturity and assist in handing over to production You work in a small development team with great responsibility and short decision-making

You have a technical study or comparable training in electrical engineering, mechatronics or embedded systems You have practical experience in embedded software development (C/C++) You enjoy hardware development and experience in schematic and circuit board layout (e.g. with EAGLE) You like to work hands-on, test your developments yourself and take responsibility for the overall system You feel comfortable in a small business where you pack things yourself
