Application Expert IT Operations (m/f/d)

We are looking for an application expert IT-operation (m/w/d) from now on, indefinitely, full-time, hybrid working model. You support our customers in the operation of applications and Services (hybrid working model: at the customer in Munich, in the office in Munich, in the home office) and stand for users with your team as central contact (2nd level) available. One of your tasks is the planning and implementation/installation of releases and updates, configuration adjustments or the implementation of new requirements. We are looking for support with deep IT know-how in the Windows environment, network, ITIL processes.

The following tasks are your responsibility in this activity: First contact for the application operation of our key account Technical coordination of disturbances, problems and changes Technical analysis and qualification of disturbances and changes Installation of updates and patches Technical design of new requirements Advice on the introduction of new components and processes Moderation of different sections Execution of Reviews Quality assurance and process optimization

What we expect from you: Complete studies Computer Science / Business Informatics or comparable training Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience in the managed IT services environment Professional and communicative handling of large customers Ideally ITIL certified or understanding of ITIL processes Incident / Problem / Change Filed knowledge Windows 11, Windows Update Services, Intune MDM, Oracle, SAP, Windows Server, Network & Firewall, Endpoint Security, Client Backup Solutions Understanding Enterprise Applications and IT Infrastructures Structured and independent operation German language skills English knowledge of Word and Writing
