Demand Planner – Construction Services (m/f/d)

As a Demand Planner/Demand Planer, you are a representative of the purchase for the development and development of a shopping strategy for the housing sector – in particular with regard to the procurement of the planning offices and the framework contracts for operational construction maintenance on site. Thanks to you, the nationwide needs are coordinated in the procurement of housing services. As an interface for shopping, you will implement the central needs. You plan the investment and construction maintenance needs in coordination with the customer centers and jointly set up the economic planning of the construction measures. In the procurement projects, you are involved as a demand planner/demand planner, among others in the procurement requirements planning, the compilation of award documents including the collection of offers, the collection and controlling of contracts. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, service trips of approximately 5 to 20 days per year, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed university degree (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) of the Department of Business Administration, Finance or as a Dipl. Woman/Dipl. merchant or a comparable qualification. Competences: You have expertise in the field of construction services to real estate. You provide sound knowledge and experience in the implementation of procurement procedures and contract design. You have economic knowledge, preferably from the controlling. You have application knowledge in SAP or the willingness to acquire them in the short term. You have sound application knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office), especially in Excel. Other: You have a thorough, careful and reliable way of working.
